Arlington, MA – New Covenant School today announced that it has appointed Homer Allen as its new Head of School, effective July 1, 2014.  New Covenant School is an independent Christian School in greater Boston that was formed from the integration of Covenant School and Highrock Covenant Preschool in 2013.  Now known as New Covenant School, its mission is to equip students to follow Jesus and serve in his kingdom by grounding them in godly wisdom and love and by training them to excel in a life of learning, leadership, and service.

Homer is an energetic leader and skilled administrator with a passion for serving the living Lord.  He brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm for educating students in Christian environments, and enjoys helping youth of all ages understand how they can make a huge impact on our world.  Homer has served as Headmaster at 2 different Christian schools in New Hampshire, and after moving to Georgia to be closer to his extended family, has served in numerous roles as a consultant to schools and non-profits in the areas of Administration, Educational Advancement, Strategic Planning and Growth, Community Relations, and Development.
