The Parent Speaker Series was a great success last year. We will start this year’s series with a popular topic requested by parents – discipline. Pastor Brian Dietz, a Pastor at Highrock Covenant Church and dad of Lydia in the Blue Dolphin Room, has agreed to share a presentation challenging us to guide our children to be Disciples of Christ with the way we discipline them. This workshop will be held on Tuesday, January 28th from 7 – 9 p.m. Please let us know if you will require child care. Additional topics are welcome. Please write your suggestions on the sheet provided on the door opposite the girls’ and boys’ bathrooms in the 2nd floor hallway. We will continue to schedule workshops of interests through March.
